開(kāi)放式和針閥式熱流道的區(qū)別其實(shí)很簡(jiǎn)單，開(kāi)放式熱流道系統(tǒng)是靠注塑周期完成以后，模具型腔產(chǎn)品在模具模仁保壓冷卻開(kāi)模瞬間靠開(kāi)模力將熱流道澆口拉斷的，有的含一點(diǎn)冷料把有的澆口小若針尖。而相對(duì)于針閥式來(lái)說(shuō)，它則依靠注塑注射周期完成以后通過(guò)外部電磁信號(hào)輸入的氣壓、油壓驅(qū)動(dòng)閥針進(jìn)行動(dòng)作封膠的。
